Governing law

CodeX Gate operates through a separate company in each region it serves, so the company these terms are with, and the law that governs them, depends on where you are based. If you are in Malaysia, these terms are with CODEX GATE SDN. BHD. under the laws of Malaysia; in Singapore, with CODEX GATE (SG) PTE. LTD. under the laws of Singapore; in Hong Kong, with CodeX Gate Limited under the laws of Hong Kong. If you are based anywhere else, these terms are with CODEX GATE SDN. BHD. under the laws of Malaysia.

In each case, the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, and if you are dealing with us as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory law of the country where you live.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
